Sales Process
Chad was very knowledgeable, took as much time as needed to answer our questions, and explained everything beautifully. I don't know if he pushed us to get something more expensive than we needed, but then, that's just an afterthought that I have been having. As the system we got is the one he said we needed, I am tending to trust him about it.
Our Installation Crew
These guys were really the greatest! Very impressed with their work ethic, their energy; their training must have been very good, they were careful of their safety and ours, everything so efficiently done. And they were very nice. I liked that they didn't swear or listen to loud music.
The Cleanup Process
I think I found 10 pieces of gravel on the floor after they left - and I'm not absolutely certain that my cats may have been responsible for that! Really, they were extremely neat, considering the heavy work, both inside and outside you wouldn't know they were here!
