A customer in Keene, New Hampshire was looking for a solution to fix their nasty wet crawl space.  They contacted the professionals at Matt Clark's Northern Basements Systems, for a permanent solution.  Matt's expert production team installed a CrawlSpace Encapsulation System with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  They also sprayed closed-cell spray foam to all of the rim joist around the crawl space.  The homeowner now has a dry, beautiful crawlspace.   

When the old support beams where not safe for full I beam support the homeowner in Walpole, New Hampshire contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.  One of Matt's System Design Specialist came through with a permanent solution for supporting the i beam.  Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed four SmartJack support beams to fully support the I beam.  

Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems took a very wet basement in Walpole, NH and turned it to a permanently dry basement in just a few days.  They installed a twp stage, DryTrak & Lateral Combo, waterproofing system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump.  

A family in Vergennes, Vermont were in search of a solution for water coming into their basement.  After thorough research they came to the conclusion Matt Clark's Northern Basement System were by far the most trustworthy and reputable company they came across.  They setup their FREE estimate from on of Matt's System Design Specialist.  After an extensive evaluation they decided the best way to fix the water issue was to install CleanSpace on the walls, a full perimeter WaterGuard System, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

 CleanSpace achieves several important goals. As part of your waterproofing system, it creates an effective moisture and vapor barrier. The wall covering forces all wall seepage and moisture to flow into your perimeter drain system. The white poly surface eliminates the need to paint basement walls, providing a bright, stain-resistant finish that never needs repainting or maintenance.  The WaterGuard System will collect the water and direct it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump.  The TripleSafe  will pump the water out of the basement to a discharge line away from the home.  The homeowners now can enjoy a nice dry basement.

Looking for a lot of natural light in their basement homeowners in Burlington, Vermont hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems to find a solution.  After a Free Estimate, the homeowners decided to go with an Egress Window Well.  The Egress Window Well will provide as much light as an upstairs window.  The oversize window well is a one-piece unit made from high-quality plastic that is reinforced for strength and durability. Mounting flanges on the well enable Matt's team to seal and fasten the well to the outside of your foundation after the new window opening has been cut with a masonry saw.  The homeowners now enjoy a much brighter basement.

This wonderful home is nestled in the beautiful mountain of Richmond, Vermont.  Plenty of privacy and amazing views.  The basement on the other hand was just a mess and a constant nuisance to the home owner.  Water would get in the basement and make it a very unusable space.  Plus the humidity was very high.  After a conversation with the home owner and a site inspection Northern Basement sent out a team to put a permanent fix on the home owners basement issues.  They installed a full Water Guard perimeter System, a Super Sump Pump. and a State of the Art SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.  The home owner can rest at ease now and has a wonderful permanent dry basement.

Our customer in Hyde Park, Vermont wanted to make their basement fry once and ofr all.  They wanted a Super Sump Pump and Water Guard System.  Because of our customer's foundation being monolithic, meaning that the floor and footing were poured as one piece, they needed to have a DryTrak Floor Drain installed, insted of the water guard.  The Dry Tak is used when Jack Hammering is not an option.  The DryTrak will completely waterproof the basement and make any water divert to the Super Sump Pump System.  The pump then discharges the water our away from the house down a discharge line.

Sometimes you have a whole crawl space you would encapsulation with CleanSpace and sometimes you may just have that one cold wall in you basement which you can feel the cool air and humidity coming through.  Our wonderful customer in Swanton, Vermont had the latter.  Matt Clark's team installed CleanSpace along the whole wall where the concrete was exposed.  The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier will permanently reduce the moisture and humidity.  It also helps seal out any cold drafts.  The CleanSpace is super durable: 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, with polyester cord reinforcement.

In need of a solution to unwanted water in a basement.  A home owner in Swanton, VT contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement System at 855-DRY-TIME.  Our System Design Specialist came up with a plan of attack which would keep out the water for good and also make their basement a usable safe place.  Matt's team installed a WaterGurad system to divert the water to a SuperSump Pump.  The SuperPump will then pump any water out of the house down a discharge line away from the home.
