Northern Basement Systems installed a GEO-Lock Wall Anchor System. The Geo-Lock Anchor System will have steel rods, eight in this case, drilled through the foundation to a dug out trench in the yard. In the trench the rods will be attached to an Earth Anchor. The Earth Anchor will sit deep in the trench and once attached will be back filled with rocks and soil. Inside the basement the steel rods are attached to Wall Plate. Finally a technician from Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems will tighten the rods from inside the basement making the walls permanently stabilized.
