Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems team of Installation Specialists installed WaterGuard Perimeter drainage and a SuperSump Plus sump pump. The water guard will collect any water and bring it to the sump pump. The sump pump will discharge any water out of the crawl space and down a discharge line, away from the home. To complete the job the crew installed a state-of-the-art Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier. The dehumidifier will keep the crawl space at an optimal 55% humidity and removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.
The family now has a dry crawl space and no longer have that odor emitting from their crawl space.
