After inspecting the crawl space, the Northern Basement Systems team recommended a full encapsulation system. The goal was to separate the home from the exposed earth and create a cleaner, more controlled environment below the living space. The crew first installed drainage matting across the crawl-space floor. The durable matting creates a protective layer over the ground and provides additional drainage space beneath the encapsulation liner.
CleanSpace was then installed across the floor and carefully extended along the crawl-space walls and support columns. The liner was fitted throughout the space to create a bright, durable barrier between the home and the earth below.
