Northern Basement Systems installed the CleanSpace Wall System along the basement walls, interior drainage around the perimeter, and TrenchDrain to collect water across an open floor area. These components were connected to a TripleSafe sump pump system installed to remove collected water from the basement. Once the waterproofing system was complete, the basement had a much cleaner appearance and a more reliable way to handle water intrusion. The CleanSpace Wall System brightened the walls, the drainage system was designed to collect water before it spread across the floor, and the TripleSafe sump pump system gave the homeowner added protection. This Eden Mills basement waterproofing project is a good example of how several waterproofing products work together. Instead of relying on one piece of equipment, the system was designed to collect, direct, pump, and discharge water away from the home.
