2. Install TrenchDrain allowing water from stairs to flow into the Water Guard.
3. Install inside and outside discharge.
4. Install SmartJack supports to support the floor joist system above for the stairs.
5. Fix the wall crack with FlexiSpan crack repair system and route to Waterguard drainage.
6. Install TripleSafe pump system with twin liner, 1/3 hp cast iron primary AC pump, 1/2 hp cast iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with an airtight floor drain, and WaterWatch alarm system.
7. Install IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line
