The crew installed a TripleSafe® Sump Pump System to collect and remove water from the basement. CleanSpace® was then installed across the dirt floor and extended up the foundation walls, creating a durable barrier between the home and the damp ground and masonry surfaces. Outside the home, IceGuard® was added to the discharge line to provide an emergency outlet if the buried line ever becomes blocked or frozen during Vermont winters. The discharge was completed with a LawnScape™ outlet that allows water to be released safely away from the foundation. The finished system transformed this Marshfield basement into a cleaner, better-protected area beneath the home.
