CleanSpace wall system was installed along the foundation wall to help direct wall moisture down into the drainage system, while the sump pump system was added to collect and pump water out of the basement. On the exterior, the discharge line was fitted with IceGuard to help protect against freezing or blocked discharge conditions. A LawnScape outlet was also used to release water away from the home in a controlled location. With the system installed, the basement now has a cleaner and more reliable way to handle water. Instead of allowing moisture to move through the space unchecked, the waterproofing system collects it, pumps it out, and directs it safely away from the foundation.
