The crawl space needed both structural support and a complete encapsulation system to properly protect the home moving forward. We started by installing SmartJack support posts to stabilize and properly support the structure above. These adjustable steel supports are designed to provide long-term stability and can be fine-tuned as needed. With the structure addressed, we then encapsulated the crawl space using a durable vapor barrier system, sealing off the earth and helping to control moisture conditions throughout the space. Once completed, the crawl space was transformed into a clean, controlled environment. The home now benefits from improved structural support and a space that is far better protected from the conditions that once caused concern.
