We installed a full interior drainage system along the perimeter where the seepage was occurring. This system was designed to intercept water at the wall-floor joint—the exact spot shown in the photo—before it could surface. The collected water was then directed to a TripleSafe® sump pump system, providing reliable discharge away from the home. On the exterior discharge line, we added IceGuard® to protect against freezing and a LawnScape™ outlet to safely direct water away from the foundation.
Once completed, the transformation was immediate. No more standing water, no more guessing when the next rainstorm would bring problems. The basement went from a space where water visibly pooled on the floor to one that stayed consistently dry, regardless of the weather.
