First, our installation specialist installed our most reliable sump pump, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This pump system is composed of a primary pump, a secondary pump, and an UltraSump battery back-up pump to protect the basement from getting wet during a power outage, tripped circuit, or pump failure. This pump system is complete with a discharge line, IceGuard to protect against a frozen discharge line, and a LawnScape Outlet.
Additionally, the installed a partial WaterGuard Drainage System in the area that water was entering. WaterGuard is a patented drainage system that sits on top of the footing unlike most other french drains, which prevents it from clogging with mud. This system will help collect the water and send it to the pump. Last, they installed an Upright SaniDry Dehumidifier to reduce moisture in the basement and home. By reducing the humidity and filtering the air, this system will prevent the growth of mold.
