With nearly five feet of height throughout much of the area, the crawl space had conditions similar to a short basement and was experiencing ongoing moisture concerns.
After completing a detailed inspection, our team designed a full crawl space encapsulation and waterproofing system to help control water intrusion and humidity beneath the home. To begin the project, drainage matting was installed across the crawl space floor to create a pathway for water movement beneath the system and enhance durability.
Next, our crew installed the CleanSpace wall and floor system to help isolate the crawl space from outside moisture and ground vapor. The bright white liner completely transformed the space's appearance while creating a cleaner, more controlled environment beneath the home.
To provide dependable water removal, a TripleSafe sump pump system was installed to handle water intrusion and provide multiple layers of protection. The discharge line was equipped with IceGuard to help prevent winter freeze-up issues common in New Hampshire, and the system was completed with a LawnScape outlet to direct water safely away from the foundation.
The completed project left the homeowner with a significantly cleaner, drier, and healthier crawl space designed for long-term moisture protection and peace of mind.
