A large crawl space in Sullivan, New Hampshire, was taking on moisture and had conditions similar to a short basement, with nearly five feet of height throughout much of the area. Our team installed a full CleanSpace wall and floor encapsulation system over drainage matting to help direct water movement beneath the liner while protecting the crawl space from ground moisture. A TripleSafe sump pump system was added for reliable water removal, along with IceGuard protection to help prevent discharge line freeze-ups during harsh New Hampshire winters. The system was completed with a LawnScape outlet to ensure proper exterior drainage away from the home.
