Logistics Cordinator

Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems, a regional leader in the foundation repair and waterproofing industry, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. Who is this person? An organizational person who will provide excellent internal customer service to our production crews installing the jobs. Our mission is to COMPLETELY REDEFINE our industry. What You Would Do *Be the "glue" that keeps all the logistical aspects of our construction jobs running well *Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations *Pull permits and schedule necessary inspections *Answer Phones *Stay in close communication with our customers as needed for each project, including scheduling their installations, checking on quality issues, and ensuring that they are constantly in the know *Keep client records and files updated, so they are always ready when we need them *Ensure our construction projects are complete and error-free *Provide tactical support to the production department and managers Qualifications to Apply Demonstrable experience in logistics, administration, and/or customer service Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills Ability to see the picture while having great attention to every detail.
