Northern Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Damp conditions beneath this Cambridgeport, Vermont, home called for a better approach to moisture control. Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with a SaniDry™ dehumidifier to isolate the space from ground moisture and control excess humidity.

Our customer in Hyde Park, Vermont wanted to make their basement fry once and ofr all.  They wanted a Super Sump Pump and Water Guard System.  Because of our customer's foundation being monolithic, meaning that the floor and footing were poured as one piece, they needed to have a DryTrak Floor Drain installed, insted of the water guard.  The Dry Tak is used when Jack Hammering is not an option.  The DryTrak will completely waterproof the basement and make any water divert to the Super Sump Pump System.  The pump then discharges the water our away from the house down a discharge line.

To fix a sinking concrete slab of a large garage in Williamstown, Vermont, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems used poly level injection.  Water migration on the outside backend of the garage also needed a permanent solution.  Northern Basement Systems installed a curtain drain system with a patent Lawn Scape System.  

To to turn their nasty, wet basement into a clean and dry useable space, homeowners in South Royalton, Vermont, hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.  Northern Basement Systems installed custom-designed waterproofing systems and poured a new concrete slab.
