When a Keene, New Hampshire, homeowner suffered from water entering their basement due to an insufficient sump pump, they contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems for a solution.
This crawl space had moisture concerns along with inadequate support beneath the home, contributing to uneven conditions below the floor system. The space was encapsulated using a CleanSpace® vapor barrier system, and SmartJack® support posts were installed to provide supplemental structural support, helping create a cleaner, drier environment while improving stability beneath the home in Keene. New Hampshire.
This Keene, New Hampshire, basement showed signs of ongoing moisture along the walls, leaving the space vulnerable and less usable over time. We installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier system to fully cover and protect the walls, helping to control moisture and create a cleaner, brighter, and more reliable basement environment.
In Lebanon, New Hampshire, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems turned an annoying wet basement into a permanently drive, useable space. Northern Basement Systems installed a Full Perimeter WaterGuard System, to collect any water. The WaterGuard will then take the water to the newly installed SuperSump Pump. The Super SumpPump will then pump the water out of the basement, away from the house down an IceGuard Discharge Line.
