The space had exposed earth sections and areas vulnerable to outside air infiltration, creating an unfinished and damp environment below the home. Our team installed a full CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation system along with closed-cell spray foam insulation to help seal and protect the space. The transformation created a much cleaner, brighter, and better-protected environment beneath the home.

Matt Clark’s Northern Basement Systems installed CleanSpace across this West Pawlet, Vermont, basement floor and halfway up the foundation walls before adding a SaniDry dehumidifier. The completed system provides a cleaner surface, reduces ground moisture, and helps maintain comfortable humidity levels.

To stop water from entering this home's basement Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed DryTrack, a CleanSpace Wall System, and a SuperSump Pump.  The CleanSpace will create an effective moisture and vapor barrier. The wall covering forces all wall seepage and moisture to flow into the DryTrack.  The water will then be directed to the SuperSump Pump and discharged outside the home, down a discharge line.
