After an inspection from one of Northern Basements System Design Specialist and an Engineer, they found that the house had in fact sunk up to 1 3/4 inches in some places on the foundation. To fix the problem the team installed 119 Slab piers and poly level raising the floor back to a level position. When the team finished raising the slab you could clearly see that the molding had sealed up tight to the ceiling.

Matt's team of professional highly skilled installers installed a WaterGuard Perimeter System and then Poured a 4" thick new slab over the entire basement floor. To fix the sagging floors four adjustable SmartJacks were installed to support the carrying beam.

Matt's team installed a WaterGuard Drainage System paired with a SuperSump Pump and IceGuard Discharge Line System. The WaterGuard will take any water and flow it to SuperSump Pump. The pump will then pump the water out of the basment to an external IceGuard Discharge line away from the home.
