  After an inspection from one of Northern Basements System Design Specialist and an Engineer, they found that the house had in fact sunk up to 1 3/4 inches in some places on the foundation.  To fix the problem the team installed 119 Slab piers and poly level raising the floor back to a level position.  When the team finished raising the slab you could clearly see that the molding had sealed up tight to the ceiling.

Looking for a lot of natural light in their basement homeowners in Burlington, Vermont hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems to find a solution.  After a Free Estimate, the homeowners decided to go with an Egress Window Well.  The Egress Window Well will provide as much light as an upstairs window.  The oversize window well is a one-piece unit made from high-quality plastic that is reinforced for strength and durability. Mounting flanges on the well enable Matt's team to seal and fasten the well to the outside of your foundation after the new window opening has been cut with a masonry saw.  The homeowners now enjoy a much brighter basement.

Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems had previously installed a CleanSpace Wall System and Power Bracing for a home owner in Burlington, Vermont.  The customer was now looking to insulate the basement walls and rim joists around the perimeter of the entire basement.  Matt's team of expert installers lined all of the basement walls with Foamax and sprayed closed-cell polyurathane insulation in the rim joists.  The basement is now much warmer and will save the home owner money on the heating bill.  

A customer in Burlington, Vermont contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems looking to make their dirt basement a usebale space.  They also had sagging floors in the rooms above the basement.  Matt's team of professional highly skilled installers installed a WaterGuard Perimeter System and then Poured a 4" thick new slab over the entire basement floor.  To fix the sagging floors four adjustable SmartJacks were installed to support the carrying beam.

A homeowner in Essex, Vermont was searching for a permanent solution to stop the water form entering the basement.  After a FREE ESTIMATE from Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems a design was made to put an end to the water problem. 

Matt's team installed a WaterGuard Drainage System paired with a SuperSump Pump and IceGuard Discharge Line System.  The WaterGuard will take any water and flow it to SuperSump Pump.  The pump will then pump the water out of the basment to an external IceGuard Discharge line away from the home.
