After years of dealing with a nasty, wet crawlspace, the Winooski, Vermont, homeowner decided to find a permanent solution and contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.

When an apartment complex owner in Winooski, Vermont, needed to repair the units' crawl space structurally, they contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.

To provide permanent support to a failing wall in Castleton, Vermont, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a Power Brace Wall Support System.  The Power Brace system will provide the much-needed support for the failing wall, thus ensuring the safety of the home and homeowner.  

A crawl space in Colchester, Vermont was in desperate need for some TLC from Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.  Not only did this crawl space suffer from damp, humid, and wet condition, it also had some major structural support issues.  This was no problem for Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.  One of our System Design Specialist set up a plan to take care of all of the customers crawl space needs.  First, Matt's team installed a CrawlSpace Encapsulation System, equipped with a SmartDrain and SaniDry dehumidifier.  They also sprayed polyurethane insulation around the rim joist.  To provide a solution for permanent structural support Northern Basement Systems installed two 28'Supplemental beams and nine SmartJacks.

Looking to make their basement more energy efficient and waterproofed a homeowner in Colchester, Vermont contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.  Matt's team of Installation Specialist and Certified Spray Foam Insulators installed a two stage (DryTrak & Lateral Combo) waterproofing system and a TripleSafe sump pump, this will take care of the water issue.  The team sprayed Closed-Cell Polyurethane Spray Foam Insulation on the walls of the basement and upstairs, helping the home become more energy efficient.
