Sometimes you have a whole crawl space you would encapsulation with CleanSpace and sometimes you may just have that one cold wall in you basement which you can feel the cool air and humidity coming through.  Our wonderful customer in Swanton, Vermont had the latter.  Matt Clark's team installed CleanSpace along the whole wall where the concrete was exposed.  The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier will permanently reduce the moisture and humidity.  It also helps seal out any cold drafts.  The CleanSpace is super durable: 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, with polyester cord reinforcement.

In need of a solution to unwanted water in a basement.  A home owner in Swanton, VT contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement System at 855-DRY-TIME.  Our System Design Specialist came up with a plan of attack which would keep out the water for good and also make their basement a usable safe place.  Matt's team installed a WaterGurad system to divert the water to a SuperSump Pump.  The SuperPump will then pump any water out of the house down a discharge line away from the home.
