This West Wardsboro, Vermont home had water coming into the basement in several areas and Northern Basements proposed a long-term solution to keep their basement dry! 

With a full perimeter drainage system, a sump pump system, and this TrenchDrain along the garage door, water will be collected by the drains and pumped out with the sump pump to keep their home safe and dry. 

To install this TrenchDrain, our team jackhammered the slab to allow them to install the drain and then spread concrete around the drain to prevent water from entering around it and to give it a clean and finished appearance. The TrenchDrain is designed to be incredibly durable and be able to withstand the weight of a vehicle driving over it.
