The work I needed to have done was completed and done well. My basement is dry and smells a lot better.
He was very organized and knew the products and problems well. I liked the use of the portable printer.
My previous response was for this. The call representative was pleasant and well informed.
One man came with a helper I think. They or he did a nice job with the sump pump pipe extension installation and with the dehumidifier. The dehumidifier pump developed a problem with the tubing for unknown reasons and they returned and fixed it back the way it was. It has been fine ever since.
Everything was cleaned up and trash removed.
