I am very impressed with everything on the job from the initial reply, the sales rep visit and subsequent professional quote to the work crew.
Eric was prompt and courteous. His explanation of the products to be used was clear and informative and the prepared estimate was very well presented and clear.
The installation crew was excellent. Hunter and his crew showed up on time. They worked hard and were very respectful. Hunter kept me informed of the schedule and progress and clearly discussed with me the process and next steps. There were a couple of minor changes that he brought to my attention as soon as they came up. My basement was kind of a disaster before the job, but now it isn't. I am very happy with the finished product!
Everything was left in a very clean condition.
