Matt O let me observe the entire annual Maintenance process of our triple sump system. He completely removed each component, inspected and cleaned it, including the basin. He replaced and installed two new check-valves and re-tested each component(pumps)individually and then re-assembled and re-tested the entire system together. Matt O. did an outstanding job, despite me standing over him and asking many questions. I enjoyed meeting Matt and thanked him for his service to our country (He's also an Ex-Navy Man)and for the excellent work he performed in maintaining our system. Very Well done. Thanks !
