Foundation Waterproofing in Shelburne, Vermont

A home in Shelburne, Vermont, had a faulty sump pump, which led to water invading the basement, both during rainstorms and Spring thaw.  To put an end of the water entering the basement, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems used a variety of patent waterproofing products.  First, a perimeter Water Guard Drainage System is installed, then tied into the newly installed Triple Safe Sump Pump.  After the sump pump, a discharge system will tie directly into the sump pump, taking any water out of the basement, safely away from home.
