Solution
Northern Basement Systems installed a complete basement waterproofing system designed to collect water inside the basement and pump it out of the home. Interior drainage was installed to capture water before it could spread across the floor, and the system was directed to a sump pump.
The CleanSpace wall system was installed along the foundation wall to help direct wall moisture down into the drainage system while giving the area a cleaner appearance. Outside the home, the discharge line was routed away from the foundation and finished with IceGuard and a LawnScape outlet to help protect the system during cold weather and release water in a controlled location.
- Interior Drainage System: Installed along the basement perimeter to collect water from the wall and floor joint and move it toward the sump pump.

The basement now has a full system in place to manage water from inside the home to the exterior discharge point. Water entering along the foundation is directed into the drainage system, collected by the sump pump, and discharged away from the home.
