Challenge
A homeowner in West Pawlet, Vermont, was dealing with a damp basement where moisture from the floor and lower foundation walls was contributing to uncomfortable conditions. Solution
The crew installed CleanSpace across the basement floor and extended the liner halfway up the foundation walls. This created a continuous moisture barrier across the areas most affected by ground moisture while leaving the upper portions of the walls exposed.
A SaniDry dehumidifier was also installed to remove excess moisture from the basement air and maintain a more consistent humidity level.
