Challenge
Water seeping up through the floor near the support pole and raising concerns for the homeowner.
Solution
To prevent water from entering the basement and causing major flooding, the team installed a SuperSump pump system, a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system with lateral pipe to directly access the water of concern, and lasly, a discharge line with a LawnScape outlet.
