Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

With a full perimeter drainage system, a sump pump system, and this TrenchDrain along the garage door, water will be collected by the drains and pumped out with the sump pump to keep their home safe and dry. 

To install this TrenchDrain, our team jackhammered the slab to allow them to install the drain and then spread concrete around the drain to prevent water from entering around it and to give it a clean and finished appearance. After dealing with water entering their basement for many years, a homeowner in Jericho, Vermont, decided to fix the problem by hiring Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.

To make this once wet basement in Jericho, Vermont, into a clean, dry space, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a variety of patent waterproofing products.  A team of highly trained waterproofers installed a full perimeter water guard system and tied it into a Triple Safe sump pump.  The basement is now dry and ready for the homeowner to enjoy.  

Homeowners in Jericho, Vermont needed to replace thier old sump pump.  The old pump was incapable of handling the amount of water entering the basement.  This led to uncontroable moisture in the air and some pretty dank smells in the basement.  After a FREE ESTIMATE from Matt Clark's Northern Basement Sytems, they hired them to install a TripleSafe Sump Pump and a State-Of-The-Art SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  The TripleSafe will keep up with the water(capable of pumping 3,900 gallons per hour) and the SaniDry will keep the basement at a perfect 55% humidity, elliminating the bad odors in the basement.

This farmhouse foundation had several concerns including the foundation support, water, moisture, and more! We installed encapsulation systems in two parts of the basement using the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to trap out water. They used SmartJack Supports to stabilize and level parts of the foundation. Next, they installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to prevent water entry. Lastly, our team used our PolyLevel injection to level a portion of the slab. 

With all of these products and systems, this basement is much dryer and safer!
