This Montpelier homeowner was experiencing water in the 1st level of her raised ranch, causing damage to her home and belongings. She was in search of a solution to eliminating water in her home and found Northern Basement System. She met with one of our System Design Specialist to develop a specific solution to meet her needs. After she signed the project proposal and we scheduled our team for the install.
Our Installation Specialist team first removed the drywall and carpet in the finished portion of the home to gain access to the foundation. Next, they installed a partial WaterGuard Drainage System to collect the water that's outside the foundation. To complete the waterproofing system, our team installed a SuperSump Plus Premier Sump Pump System. The SuperSump Plus System includes a primary pump and secondary pump to protect the space from water in the event of pump failure or severe water. Lastly, our installation specialist installed a discharge line with an IceGuard to protect against a frozen discharge line and a LawnScape Outlet to disperse the water onto the lawn.
