To turn a cold, damp crawl space, with five rooms, into a weatherized unit, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a Clean Space Encapsulation System.  After, a technician sprayed closed-cell polyurethane spray foam insulation along the entire perimeter rim joists of the crawl space.
