This farmhouse foundation had several concerns including the foundation support, water, moisture, and more! We installed encapsulation systems in two parts of the basement using the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to trap out water. They used SmartJack Supports to stabilize and level parts of the foundation. Next, they installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to prevent water entry. Lastly, our team used our PolyLevel injection to level a portion of the slab. 

With all of these products and systems, this basement is much dryer and safer!
