Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Peru, Vermont, needed a better way to manage basement water intrusion and move water safely away from the home. Our team installed a full basement waterproofing system that included CleanSpace Wall System, interior drainage, a TripleSafe sump pump system with UltraSump battery backup, and an exterior discharge line with IceGuard and LawnScape to help create a cleaner, more dependable basement.

This farmhouse foundation had several concerns including the foundation support, water, moisture, and more! We installed encapsulation systems in two parts of the basement using the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to trap out water. They used SmartJack Supports to stabilize and level parts of the foundation. Next, they installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to prevent water entry. Lastly, our team used our PolyLevel injection to level a portion of the slab. 

With all of these products and systems, this basement is much dryer and safer! 

Previously, this finished basement had sections of wall opened up due to water intrusion concerns, leaving the space disrupted and unfinished.
