Our team visited the home and crawlspace to access the concerns and measure the space, then provided that FREE estimate with no obligation. Kim was excited about the solutions we had to offer and got her project scheduled right away!
Next, our installation team went out and installed the products to stabilize the foundation and keep the space dry and clean! First, the team installed 4 SmartJack Support Posts to repair the foundation, prevent further sagging in the floor joists, and attempt to raise the joists and home back to their original position. Once the foundation was stabilized, the team installed a CleanSpace CrawlSpace encapsulation system to prevent any water or vapor from entering the home and make the crawlspace much cleaner. This encapsulation system also included a SmartSump Pump to prevent puddling under the encapsulation system.
With these systems in place, this whole home is now much safer and healthier!
