A homeowner from Bellows Falls, VT contacted us with her concerns regarding the new foundation of her home that had cracks and bowing walls.
Solution
Northern Basement Systems began the project by digging holes 12 feet from the house and placing wall anchor plates into the ground to give the 8 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors leverage. After installing the anchors, the team was able to straighten and support the foundation walls for a permanent solution for the homeowner. She was thrilled with the project outcome.
