When an apartment building in South Burlington, VT, needed to replace its failing sonotubes support columns and loose soil, they hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.  Northern Basement System replaced the sonotubes with new concrete footings with helical posts.  The helical post will drive into the ground well below the frost point, at least ten feet.
